The session drew an exceptional turnout of medical professionals eager to explore the future of pain management and holistic care. The evening featured Dr. Annie Pinto, an American Board-Certified Anaesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Specialist with over 21 years of experience, whose distinguished career includes training at la Universidad Central de Venezuela, Columbia University, Cornell Weill Hospital, The Hospital for Special Surgery, and Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Pinto currently serves patients at the Bermuda Pain Relief Center and King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and has pioneered regenerative medicine services locally.

Dr. Pinto’s presentation also featured the work of Dr. Darrien Ray, a clinical psychologist and founder of Milestones Ltd., who has conducted extensive research supporting children, families, and trauma victims. The panel was further enriched by Ms. Liana Nanang Omodele, a multidisciplinary artist, lawyer, entrepreneur, and patient, whose story highlighted the transformative impact of integrated pain management on patient outcomes.
